Situated in the heart of the medieval village of Castlebellingham, County Louth and approached via a private, tree flanked driveway, Bellingham Castle is the centrepiece of a 17 acre estate. Set on the banks of the River Glyde, the estate includes a weir and a manmade river island with footbridges, mature trees and formal lawns and gardens. Their formal drawing rooms, library, bars and Bute Suite are suitable for private weddings, civil partnerships and corporate events. Available exclusively to you and your guests, Bellingham Castle is also the caters for corporate meetings, team building events, family reunions and private parties. All of the bedrooms at Bellingham Castle are individually designed and depending on which room you are in, you will be able to see the River Glyde, their formal gardens and fountain or the nearby church steeples surrounded by mature, indigenous broad leaves. Some of the larger castle bedrooms feature free standing baths in the bedroom. Each room at Bellingham Castle is individually designed and includes en suite spacious bathrooms, flat screen TV, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and WiFi is available in The Napper Tandy room, the library, the oratory, the chapel bar and the dining room. All bedrooms at Bellingham Castle are non-smoking.
