Pontoon Bridge Hotel Cookery School
Pontoon Bridge Cookery School is located in Portnoon, County Mayo and has been running for over 10 years by Executive Chef Mary Geary and her team.
With small classes and a very ‘hands on’ approach, this cookery school is popular with everyone, from the complete novice to the more advanced.
It offers day courses including tuition, lunch, a glass of wine, a recipe books and a Pontoon Cookery School apron, as well as overnight and pamper packages. They also offer demonstration classes, where guests can relax with a glass of wine, while watching the professionals at work and tasting their delights.
While all courses have a serious and professional aim, the course is intensive but also a great deal of fun. In just two days, they will show you how to become a skilled, creative and organised master of your own kitchen.
