The Scattery Island Centre interprets the monastic site on Scattery Island which is 2.5km off the shores of County Clare. The monastery, consisting of a round tower and several churches, was founded by St Senan in the early part of the 6th century.
Visit the famous West Clare Railway, immortalised in song by Percy French. The Heritage Centre is located at the original Moyasta junction station house between Kilrush and Kilkee in County Clare.
"Kilrush in Landlord Times" tells the story of Kilrush from its establishment as an estate town by the Vandeleur landlords at the end of the 18th century.
