The Nano Nagle Centre is a heritage, spirituality and ecology centre located on an organic farm 7 miles from Mallow, on the N72 Mallow to Fermoy road. It has its own conference centre and holiday home facilities.

The Nano Nagle Centre is a living heritage centre located amongst breath taking scenery along the River Blackwater. The centre, run by the Presentation Order, marks the birth place of their foundress Nano Nagle. The place has an inherent tranquillity and spirituality and is the perfect location for those looking for time out in a natural peaceful setting. The centre runs spiritual programmes, environmental and sustainability programmes as well as hosting conferences and day away programmes. The centre is set on a 32 acre certified organic farm and operates to the highest environmental standards.

The Heritage & Organic Farm Tour including The Cosmic Walk is a 2km walk around the farm and river, telling the story of the evolution of the universe. The heritage room takes you back to the time of the Nagle Family in 18th century Ireland during the penal times. This tells the story of Nano Nagle and her beginnings which led to the foundation of the Presentation Sisters. Off the heritage room is the icon room which houses a large icon of Nano Nagle created by artist Desmond Kyne. The centre is a non profit organization therefore a a small nominal charge applies to visitors. Duration: 2 hrs. approx.

Holiday Home Accommodation – there are 3 bungalows on site that can accommodate individuals or groups of up to twenty people. Visitors can stay on site and experience living on an Irish organic farm which is home to cattle, sheep, donkeys, ducks and hens as well as a worm farm and variety of crops that are grown all year round in the polytunnel facilities. The holiday homes are Failte Ireland 3 star approved. There is a rod license available for those who wish to fish on the river. Visitors can choose to go self-catering or eat in the dining room which serves organic food from the farm.

The centre runs on-going courses in spirituality, ecology, sustainability, crafts, meditation, yoga as well as retreats and individually tailored programmes. There is an on-going calendar of events on their web site,

There is a Farmers Market on site every second Saturday morning from 10.30am to 1.00pm.

The centre has 3 state of the art function rooms with full conference facilities as well as smaller reflection rooms. It is a unique setting suitable for those hosting an event in a natural, stress free environment. The Management Team specialise in organizing tailored made programmes for groups looking for Day Away Programmes set in breath taking scenery. Full dining facilities available.
