Enniskillen will be on T-MINUS countdown on 31 October as part of the annual Halloween event.
Enniskillen will be on T-MINUS countdown on Thursday 31 October as part of the annual Halloween event organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
It is half a century since man first set foot on the Moon so for this year’s Halloween festivities Fermanagh and Omagh District Council are on the T-MINUS countdown to launching another great Fireworks Display into the night Skies over Enniskillen with the theme: ‘SPACE AGE HALLOWEEN’. We are asking everyone to fancy dress in ‘Space Age’ themed costumes for the Halloween celebrations which will take part in the Broadmeadow, Enniskillen and grounds of Fermanagh Lakeland Forum. Dress up as your favourite space age or out of this world characters from films like: Alien, Avatar, Apollo 13, Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Wars, Star Trek it’s up to you!
As always, the Broadmeadow will host entertainment from 18:00 from the main stage which will including a Space Age Halloween Fancy Dress Party and games. The mysterious DJ will entertain the family as they dodge the creepy spaced out characters wandering around the Broadmeadow.
The Events space in the Broadmeadow will be bustling with traders providing a range of hot food, drinks along with games and activities, and Bells amusements will be in the Lakeland forum car park for fun rides and activities for all the family.
The Fireworks Display will launch from Castle Island at 20:00 sharp.
Public can also view the fireworks from the historic castle grounds in the Cosmic Castle Look-out!! Limited free tickets available through the October Space Programme.
