Inchiquin Cookery School
Focusing on country living and the love of home cooked food, Inchiquin Cookery School offers weekend and day courses in the beautiful Inchiquin House, in Corofin, county Clare.
Inchiquin Cookery School is located in the elegant Georgian period home of Inchiquin House. Guests can choose to study on a one day course, which includes a welcoming glass of bubbly and a recipe book, or a weekend course which also includes accommodation, evening meals and continental breakfast on both mornings.
During the cookery classes, guests will learn the essential elements of home cooking. Back to Tasty Basics, Cooking up Country Favourites and Delicious Irish Fish Dishes are just some of the programmes they have available.
There are six places available on the weekend courses per weekend and eight on the day courses, running from September to November ad January to April each year.
Liam Walsh is a professional chef and teacher. He completed his training in Rosslare before going on to work in Marfield House and Gregan’s Castle. He then ran O’Brians Restaurant and Bar for 5 years. With all this experience, students can be assured that they are in good hands when coming to study at Inchiquin Cookery School.
