Muskerry Golf club celebrated its centenary in 2007. This mature parkland course has certainly stood the test of time and has one of the finest finishing stretches in Munster.
The River Shournagh joins the Lee at Leemount Bridge in Carrigrohane, County Cork. It holds a good stock of brown trout up to 9 inches. Much of the river is overgrown but there are clear areas where fly fishing can take place.
