The Courtyard Hotel is built on the site of the first Guinness Brewery, in Leixlip County Kildare. Original stonework has been combined with stylish contemporary design to produce a hotel unique in character and style.

Built on the site where Arthur Guinness created his brewing empire, the hotel offers old world charm, beautiful original stone work with contemporary design in a setting that is as picturesque as a pint settling. Situated in the heart of Leixlip on the banks of a tributary where the River Rye meets the River Liffey, the Court Yard Hotel, is just 15 minutes from Dublin City centre and 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. It is an ideal location from which to explore the beauty of North Kildare or to enjoy the many concerts and sporting events in Croke Park.

River Bank Restaurant is located on the top floor of the river bank building is the main restaurant. This romantic restaurant has breathtaking views of the tributary, where the River Rye enters the River Liffey. The River Bank Restaurant is also home to the renowned wine library.
