Story of the Irish is Dublin’s newest cultural tourist attraction. Take a tour through our 10,000 year old story with live actors and discover who the Irish ‘really’ are.

Story of the Irish is a guided tour through a 10,000 year old story combining the use of professional actors as live storytellers, the latest digital systems and special effects to enhance the visitor experience. You are invited to explore the origins and deep culture of the Irish. Learn how they were separated from the rest of the world by geography, genetics and culture and how they developed into one of the most sophisticated rural civilizations in the world.

The Story of the Irish is one of the 'must-see' cultural attractions in Ireland. It is an 80 minute journey through 10,000 years of Ireland’s rich history. Guided by professional actors, you will witness significant moments in Ireland’s historical timeline and marvel at how these events impacted the Irish and indeed the rest of the world. The shows are fully factual and academically verified. On your journey you'll pass through:

* Scene 1 Beginning: The first of the Early Irish are born.

* Scene 2 Mystical Endeavour: The Early Irish lead the Neolithic World.

* Scene 3 Celtic Fusion: A new ethnic group is born, the Celtic Irish.

* Scene 4 Defiance: An ancient culture fights for survival.
