The Grammy-winning saxophonist, best-known for his tenor stylings in alt-jazz outfit Snarky Puppy, is playing a solo show at The Sugar Club.
Grammy-winning saxophonist Bob Reynolds, best-known for his tenor stylings in alt-jazz outfit Snarky Puppy, is a man of many projects. His collaborative resumé reads like a who's-who of the pop music elite and includes the likes of John Mayer, the Jonas Brothers and Josh Groban, as well as artists from genres as disparate as R&B (Usher), country (Willie Nelson) and folk (Amos Lee).
As prolific a composer as he is a player, Reynolds also boasts eight top-selling solo albums to his name, with his 2013 release Somewhere In Between reaching No 1 on the iTunes jazz chart.
A self-described 'melody architect', he's toured the world to packed-out stadiums and recorded with the best of the best in studio musicians, including keyboardist Aaron Goldberg, guitarist Mike Moreno, bassist Reuben Rogers and drummer Keith Carlock.
This May, he brings his visionary style to The Sugar Club for a night of immersive jazz you won't want to miss.
