Spacious 2-bedroom Belfast Riverside View apartment with balconies and easy access to centre

This spacious apartment has an excellent location with off-street parking and lift / elevator.
2 front balconies with views towards Black Mountain and the river. 1 balcony, accessed from the dining area, is useful for preparing a barbecue, whilst getting early afternoon sun. The other balcony has soft seating and a chimenea to keep you warm in the later evening as you watch the sun go down over Black Mountain.
Your private corner of the communal courtyard to the rear is accessed through main door or master bedroom, and gets the sun (rare in Belfast) in the morning.
The Master Bedroom offers an ensuite and a high quality memory foam bed (medium firmness). The second bedroom has a King Size quality memory foam bed (firm).
Located next to the River Lagan, guests will enjoy direct access to the river tow path. Follow that north less than 2 miles into Belfast's centre and to the Titanic and Cathedral quarters. 2 bikes are provided free for your use and others are available nearby. Moving south, enjoy a river walk / cycle to the popular Lock Keeper's Inn for a coffee and enjoy the nearby Shaw's Bridge, Barnett's Demesne and Belvoir Forest.
Easily accessed by the development's back gate, the vibrant Ormeau Road offers a multitude of coffee shops and eateries. Root and Branch is a firm favourite among coffee lovers, and Shed Restaurant is superb but affordable. For Mexican food aficionados, the Taqueria is superb.
Go across the street from there for dessert in Al Gelato and then wander through Ormeau Park with your icecream before strolling along the river and back to base. Or if you prefer to stay out a bit later the Pavillion Bar is lively and excellent for sports viewing, or the Errigal and Northern Lights tend to be a little less busy.
Directly across the river is Cutters Wharf which offers good food and a relaxed atmosphere. Its outside seating area is superb on rare sunny Belfast afternoons. The Stranmillis and University areas are a short walk away.
