A Gaelic-speaking park, Pairc Saoire an Spideil is a great base for exploring the West of Ireland, including the beautiful Aran Islands. Found just outside Spiddal Village, the park is an excellent place to experience the Irish language and culture.
Pairc Saoire an Spideil is a Gaelic-speaking park located less than 2km from Spiddal Village, County Galway, and within easy reach of the Galway city, Connemara, and the spectacular Aran Islands. The park provides basic facilities, including showers, freezing facilities, Kitchen facilites and electricity points.
Pairc Saoire an Spideil sits on the banks of the Spiddal/Boluisce River, which is famous for its sea trout. Apart from fishing, many other activities and attractions can be enjoyed in the area. There are colleges for studying the Irish language, crafts, pubs, restaurants, hotels, and live music. For more active breaks, there are scenic walking routes, beaches, watersports, and golf.
Our park is the ideal location on the Wild Atlantic Way as it is the gateway to Connemara, and also only 30 minutes drive to the vibrant Galway City, Capital of Culture 2020
