Annora Pub and Accommodation is an ideal base for exploring one of the beautiful parts of the Wild Atlantic Way in County Donegal. Annora offers visitors a genuine, warm, Donegal welcome and is open all year round. The excellent, newly re-furbished café (which serves fresh, locally produced food) is open from St. Patrick’s Day until Halloween. The pub is known for its excellent music, all tastes are catered for – from Trad to Jazz and from Country to Rock. Annora welcomes musicians from all genres and nationalities. The sessions can be arranged or impromptu, and, if you decide the craic is too good to leave, accommodation can be arranged.
Annora is beside one of the most spectacular view points on the Wild Atlantic Way. This vista looks out over the beautiful beach at Portnoo, past Inniskeel Island and right up into the Gweebarra Bay, which is renowned for its breath-taking beauty and wonderful mussels. This magnificent view can also be enjoyed from the Narin-Portnoo 18 hole golf course which runs along-side Narin Strand. Within a short distance, it is possible to visit Glenveagh National Park, the famous Sea Cliffs at Slieve League and many heritage sites like the Dolmen at Kilclooney or Doon Fort, which is older than the pyramids.
