The Caha Mountain Loughs are on the Caha Mountains on the Beara Peninsula to the south-west of Glengarriff in County Cork. There are about twenty loughs in all, and virtually all of them can be fished from the shore.

Some of the lakes in the Caha Mountain area hold brown trout of up to 1lb, although there are some loughs that hold no trout at all.

Access to the loughs is quite difficult and requires a steep climb.
