The property comprises of two buildings, the main house and the baby house both providing breath-taking views of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne mountains and it also has private off-street parking. The main house boasts two large airy reception rooms oozing with warmth and character. The local attractions surrounding Carlingford make it an ideal venue for weekends, wedding receptions, family parties, conferences and meetings. The long room is a gracious, with high ceilings and a relaxing sitting area with a large stone-faced fireplace at one end and a large kitchen area with an Aga cooker at the other. The spacious conservatory is the perfect place to relax and unwind overlooking the water’s edge with a stove for those chilly winter days. The main house has three bedrooms in total, one large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom plus two further bedrooms that can sleep up to two adults and four children in each room. There is also a main bathroom with shower and bath. The baby house comprises of an open plan ground floor of kitchen and living area with a small bathroom equipped with a shower. The whole room has floor to ceiling views of the lough and mountains. Upstairs via a ladder there is accommodation for two people.
