Set in the leafy suburbs of Foxrock, County Dublin, Leopardstown racecourse holds panoramic views of the Wicklow Mountains on one side and Killiney Hill and the Irish sea on the other. It hosts some of the top national hunt races in Ireland in the winter and leading flat races throughout the rest of the year. Come along to Leopardstown to view premium racing events on the international racing calendar, such as the Irish Champions Weekend featuring the QIPCO Irish Champion Stakes, the much celebrated steeplechase, The Hennessy Gold Cup and the renowned Christmas Festival.
The Summer months are equally as busy as the Leopardstown host their Music and Racing Festival, over eight weeks every Thursday. Whether you’re in the running for most stylish, or are just there to watch the sport and enjoy the fun, Leopardstown will always set your heart racing.
Leopardstown is easily accessible by the Luas from St. Stephen’s Green to Sandyford, or by DART and bus. On race days, courtesy shuttle buses are provided to and from the Sandyford Luas stop to the racecourses.
