This is a 6-course themed tasting menu, with bottomless beer along Taylor & Clay’s kitchen counter. For the event, their theme will be “What’s Your Beef” showcasing the best of their Lisdergan, Flax-Fed beef.


Similar events in the past have included beef dripping “prawn crackers”, tournedos rossini, classic steak tartare, and ox cheek broth. All infront of their asador grill, and washed down with bottomless beer.
