On the ground floor is a sun room with a dining and sitting area leading to the kitchen which has a large dining table and a decorative fireplace. Upstairs there is a second sitting area with balcony, which is accessed by a spiral staircase and from where you can admire the stunning views. There are four bedrooms, two doubles with ensuite shower rooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and with two zip/link twin rooms meaning this cottage offers flexibility for all guests.
There are front and rear courtyard gardens outside this delightful cottage, with the added luxury of seasonal produce grown for you. From this superb County Clare cottage there are fabulous walks and if you fancy a spot of fishing, there are well-stocked Loughs nearby. Venture further afield from your attractive cottage and visit Lough Derg, the second largest lake in Ireland, where you can book cruises around the Clare coast, take a trip to Limerick city to savour the history and the culture, or enjoy the watersports which are available.
If you enjoy traditional music then why not drive to the local towns of Ennis and Gort where music is regularly played in the friendly pubs and bars. Other places of interest in County Clare include scenic Killaloe and the famous Cullaun Lake, and with the Loop Head Peninsula and Aran Islands within easy touring distance.
