A registered craft jeweller with the Craft Council of Ireland and award winner for design and workmanship, fully insured to run jewellery courses as set up by the Craft Council of Ireland. The small workshop, which has space for only six students with basic equipment, are all under my personal supervision. The intention is to give an insight to designing and making handmade jewellery, to a student's own personal design. Students generally work in sterling silver and semi precious stones.
All classes can be adapted to suit an individual's particular need, from complete beginner to the more advanced student wishing to further their skills, perhaps setting stones ( non - precious, no diamonds, etc, not insured ) wedding rings, perhaps even finishing work from home. Visitors to Ireland on business or for pleasure, are most welcome to join the classes even for a short duration. The intention is that the classes will run virtually all year and may be joined at any time, on a monthly basis, dependent on numbers and space in workshop.
