A delightful bungalow in a rural setting, Iona Self Catering Holiday Home is found near Clonard, County Meath. The four-bedroom home is equipped to a luxurious, four-star rating and is near many historical sites, golf courses and fishing spots.
Iona is situated in the historical area of Clonard, an authentic rural setting close to the River Boyne and Royal Canal. The four-star bungalow is set on a large property of mature gardens in the heart of the Meath countryside. It is ideal for walking, fishing and cycling holidays, but also serves as a perfect place to simply relax, as it is surrounded by fields of grazing sheep and cattle.
The house has four bedrooms and can sleep six people. The main bedroom is ensuite with walk-in shower, while there are two other bathrooms. Guests can prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and ample supply of cooking utensils and crockery. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer outside.
The house also includes a lounge with a comfortable leather suite of furniture as well as TV, DVD player, CD player and PC with complementary Internet access. There is another TV with VCR in the dining room. Additionally, guests can make use of the games room, complete with pool table, darts and exercise strider, and the outside patio and garden.
Central heating, electricity, towels, linen and toiletries are included.
Near Iona, visitors can discover a range of historical sites, such as Trim Castle, Newgrange and the Hill of Tara. The area also affords golfing opportunities with many fine courses nearby.
