A place of remembrance and reflection, the Garden of Remembrance in Dublin City is dedicated to those who gave their lives for Irish freedom. The garden, designed by Daithí Hanly, is open throughout the year.
The Garden of Remembrance is located in Dublin City at Parnell Square. A place of quiet remembrance and reflection, the garden is dedicated to the memory of all who gave their lives in the cause of Irish freedom.
The garden was designed by Daithí Hanly and the large sculpture by Oisin Kelly is based on the theme of the 'Children of Lir'.
The garden is open daily throughout the year and admission is free.
