From 5th August to 8th August, Galway Cup will welcome teams from around the world to one of the leading underage Soccer tournaments for Girls and Boys at Drom Soccer Park, Salthill Devon Fc.

The Galway Cup is an annual soccer tournament, established in 2005 which showcases the best of local, national and international youth players. It combines competitiveness with a wonderful blend of friendship and camaraderie, to which clubs return year after year.

It showcases talent and has been the catalyst for turning many young persons dreams into reality. Many of their alumni are now playing professional football with a variety of top clubs.

Games are played on four superb grass pitches and a 4G FIFA International Standard synthetic pitch, located at Drom Soccer Park, Salthill, Galway, the Home of Salthill Devon FC, beginning at 09:00 each day.

The Tournament is firmly established on the sporting calendar and very highly regarded by coaches, scouts and club managers.

Testimony to the global appeal of the Tournament is provided by the number of international participants over the last 15 years, including:
