Waterside Jogging Tour is an alternative and fun way to see Dublin while jogging with a local guide. This urban run showcases Dublin at it's best and is an up and close sightseeing experience for joggers of all levels.
The Dublin Now- Waterside jogging tour is a journey from traditional historic Dublin to modern Dublin icons and it showcases the innovative, creative, cultural capital that Dublin city is right now.
This urban run starts by passing between two of the city's Georgian parks pointing out some of Dublin's famous bars, where some sight-joggers might want to return to, to experience first hand traditional Irish music at its best.
The Run then goes canal side to one of the most vibrant cultural and technological areas of the city, also home to the recording studio of Ireland's most famous music exports U2.
Learn about the foundations of modern Ireland and stop by the banks of Dublin's River Liffey to take in some of the new landmarks. The jogging guide will let you in on the best of Dublin's cultural scene and activities.
Participants of the run will' graduate' from the tour at another famous Dublin landmark- trinity College.
This is a fun and engaging experience.
The Dublin Now - Waterside Tour runs mornings and evenings (summers only) as the sun sets in Dublin.
Sightseeing tours are for joggers/runners of all levels, however you do have to be fit enough to be able to jog for an hour at a relaxed pace, factoring in intermittent stop points.
Tours run all year with the exception of Christmas Day, St Stephen's Day and New Years Day.
Tours at Weekend's at 8am and 9am and also 6pm in the Summer months.
