Opened in October 1995, Dún Uladh serves as a centre for those who wish to develop a deeper awareness of Ireland’s ancient cultural heritage. There are colourful evenings of traditional music, song, dance and storytelling with many Tyrone & Ulster Fleadh winners displaying their talents. Visitors are invited to come along and watch, listen (or maybe even participate) as some of the best local performers showcase their talents and enjoyable an intimate presentation of authentic Irish culture. Many events and workshops (including crafts and Irish language classes) are organised at Dún Uladh and the centre is also available to hire for events, with full catering available.
