In Kind is a group project at the National Museum led by artist and educator Janine Davidson.

Two large temporary exhibitions took place at The National Museum last year, Portrait of a Century and The Volunteers.

The former was a photographic exhibition of 100 images of people who shared a language, culture, and nationhood. The latter was a large-scale mural by Joe Caslin, whose work typically features detailed portraits on the side of entire buildings, and whose work first came to prominence during the Marriage Equality referendum.

In Kind is a group project at the National Museum led by artist and educator Janine Davidson. It features the work of two nearby community groups, Henrietta Adult Community Education and Phibsboro Active Retirement Association, and the portraiture produced as a response to the exhibitions.
