As you are in the heart of Belfast, getting around on foot is easiest. However, you are only a 5 minute walk away from the bus stop and 10 minutes from City Hospital train station. The house is a 5 minute walk from a taxi rank and a short walk to the Boucher Road retail centre and National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.

The property itself is quite centrally located in this residential part of the city. The Donegall Road is one of the main access links to South Belfast from the motorway network. The road itself offers many amenities from a Eurospar, general stores, fast food outlets, off sales, bars, taxi offices and much more. Queen's University, Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens are approximately a 15 minute walk away.
