Grangecourt Holiday Homes are a home away from home, located beside Grange Beach in Fethard-on-Sea on the Hook Peninsula, County Wexford. The 8 luxury holiday homes are laid out in a private cul-de-sac with ample open space and a play area for children. They are just a two-minute walk from the local sandy beach.
The homes were built in 2000 and 2001, and redecorated in 2007 and 2009. Each cottage sleeps five people and is heated by electric storage heaters. Eight are suitable for people with limited mobility. Additionally, a cot and high chair can be reserved when booking.
The holiday homes come fully equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable holiday, including bed linen and towels. The terraced units also have an enclosed rear garden, while the detached units have a fireplace and rear garden accessible from the house and at either side of the house.
Fetard-on-Sea has all necessary amenities, including a supermarket, several pubs, restaurants, tourist office and post office. Waterford City, Dunmore East, New Ross and Wexford are all within a short commuting distance. Numerous heritage sites are also located nearby, such as Hook Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey, Dunbrody Abbey, Kilmokea Gardens and Duncannon Fort. One could easily fit in a visit to one of these sites each day and yet have plenty of time to explore the lovely beaches close to Fethard-on-Sea.
