Abbey Road Garden is a three-quarter acre, cottage style garden. It is located in Ferrybank, County Waterford and is part of the Waterford Garden Trail.

Situated on the site of the mediaeval Abbey of Killculliheen, this secluded three quarter acre garden has been developed over the a number years using as a base an old garden which was part of the Abbey farm, first mentioned as early as 1656. Abbey Road Garden is made up of a series of garden spaces or rooms with a surprise around every corner. There is a wide range of trees, shrubs and herbaceous perennials with some rare and unusual species.

The rich soil and sheltered site are perfect for growing a wide range of unusual perennials, alpines, shrubs and trees. The garden has scree beds, a small woodland area, water features and enclosed yard.

Abbey Road Gardens is situated on the north side of the river Suir. At the Waterford Railway Station take R711 direction Belview Port, stay in centre lane, straight through traffic lights, first turn right into Abbey Road.
