The property is near a local food store, where guests can pick up supplies to cook with in the self-catering kitchen. There is also a TV lounge, where travellers can relax as well as complimentary WiFi Internet access and car parking.
The hostel is part of a complex with a sports hall, which is free to guests. Additionally, the Iveragh Peninsula present travellers with a host of activities, and Blue Flag beaches, lakes and mountains to visit.
Only 10 km from the village of Waterville where there are some lovely restaurants, hotels and coffee shops. The town of Cahirciveen is about 12 km. We are located about 20 km from the famous Skellig Rock and bookings can be arranged from the office here. Dromid has the only internationally recognised Gold Tier Reserve in the Northern Hemisphere.
