Head Chef John Cook gets his seafood from Strangford Lough and Donegal Bay. The beef comes from a local farm and Pat Doherty supplies the famous Fermanagh Black Bacon.
The Belleek Restaurant has retained its AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence since 2011.
