John and Sally McKenna – Bridgestone Guide have said “We would drive all the way to Maeve Calvey's restaurant just to eat organic lamb.”
The fish is prepared straight from the fisherman's net, offering you the likes of fresh plaice, lemon sole, organic Clare Island salmon, turbot, brill, monkfish and cod. Charlie O'Malley supplies the restaurant with sweet Keel Island crab and Keembay lobsters. These along with Padraic Gannon's Clew Bay mussels and oysters, go someway to making up the seafood platter.
