Cuisine at Aqua could best be described as continental, using the finest local produce available. An extensive wine list of carefully chosen wines from some of the most renowned vineyards around the world is available.

At the northern tip of Dublin Bay, lies Howth Head with stunning coastal walks and spectacular views of Lambay Island, Ireland's Eye, the Baily Lighthouse and Howth Castle. The Wicklow Mountains can be seen from the rugged cliff tops. Howth village itself has a bustling harbour with Aqua Restaurant, at the tip of the west pier taking pride of place. At Aqua, relax, enjoy the view and sample the delights of seafood directly from Irish seas, beef direct from Lambay Island, complemented with the best of vegetables and salads from Aqua's very own kitchen garden in Howth. An extensive wine list features a selection of wines from the finest vineyards, guaranteed to complement every dish. Lunch specials can start from around €20.00 with a superb value Early Bird Menu around €75.00 for two persons, with wine.
