Mickey Finn's pub and restaurant is a traditional premises located in a small country village in the heart of Wicklow. A warm welcome, a friendly chat and good music are our hallmarks.

Mickey Finn's has a unique rustic charm as you journey from room to room with welcoming open fires and potbellied stoves throughout. The pub and its friendly staff are a magnet for both locals and tourists alike with traditional Irish music and dancing sessions, acoustic evenings and storytelling nights.

We have a wide range of bands including Elvis, 7 piece Swing Band, open-mike nights and ‘The Beermats’ who are a fantastic replica of ‘The Dubliners’.
Every Sunday you’ll find an atmospheric traditional Irish music session taking place and complimenting the musicians (June/ July/ August/ September). During the summer an Irish Hoolie Night take place every Saturday (June/ July / August). (No Entry Fee).

For the complete Irish experience in one night, check out the Irish music and Irish dancing package which includes a traditional meal followed by pulling your own pint of stout after which you are given some Irish Dancing lessons. The night is brought to an end with an authentic traditional Irish music session where you’re very welcome to join in and maybe even try out your new dancing skills!

Whether you are looking for an intimate meal in our adult only conservatory restaurant, pub grub or Celtic Smidgens at Mickey Finns you are assured of quality in-house prepared food. Check out the menu pages on the website. All the meat and poultry are Irish and sourced locally where possible.

There is a cobbled outdoor stone courtyard, heated by an open fire, and an entertainment room adjacent, which hosts Irish dancing, Salsa, comedy evenings and a venue for fashion shows and craft fairs.
There is a Kids Club every night in July and August with activities such as magic and puppet shows, derby day, kids bingo, Irish Dancing, hip-hop and arts and crafts. So you can relax over your meal whilst the children are being happily entertained. Enquire about the birthday party packages with an activity combined with food, such as crazy golf and dinner. Patrons of Mickey Finn’s are welcome to use all the wonderful facilities available at River Valley. New to River Valley this year is ‘glamping’ which literally translates as glamorous camping. So why not come glamping and dine out at Mickey Finn’s.
