Mickey Finn's has a unique rustic charm as you journey from room to room with welcoming open fires and pot bellied stoves throughout. The pub and its friendly staff are a magnet for both locals and tourists alike with traditional Irish music and dancing sessions, acoustic evenings and story telling nights. We have a wide range of bands including Elvis, 7 piece Swing Band, open-mic nights and ‘The Beermats’ who are a fantastic replica of ‘The Dubliners’. Every Sunday you’ll find an atmospheric traditional Irish music session taking place and complimenting the musicians. In July and August we’ll have Irish dancers performing and teaching for those who wish to learn. The night is brought to an end with an authentic traditional Irish music session where you’re very welcome to join in and maybe even try out your new dancing skills! We have a cobbled outdoor stone courtyard, heated by an open fire and no passing traffic for our smoking patrons with an entertainment room adjacent, which hosts Irish dancing, Salsa, comedy evenings and a venue for fashion shows and craft fairs. We have a Kids Club every night in July and August with activities such as magic and puppet shows, derby day, kids bingo, Irish Dancing, hip-hop and arts and crafts.
