Every group may tailor their demonstration and choose from a variety of irresistible dishes. These demonstrations are for those who want to learn and be inspired with new cooking ideas, tips and recipes, for those who want to know how to create delicious meals quickly and easily or if you want to have a day of fun with your group of friends, or indeed if you are touring the locality and want to experience authentic local produce.
Fresh ingredients are the key to delicious food and Richenda prides herself on her use of fresh, local ingredients. She grows her own fruit, vegetables and herbs and uses these as much as possible when in season.
