Berry Lodge Cookery School offer tailor made courses in a wide variety of subject, suitable for all levels and abilities.
Their most popular course runs over the weekend and includes overnight accommodation in their homely bed and breakfast. Guests will learn how to cook with fresh, local produce including mussels, salmon, lamb and cheeses. These weekend courses are very personal and have a maximum number of 10 students per class. They include demonstrations, hands on lesson, as well as walks by the sea and a chance to explore the local area.
Berry Lodge Cookery School also offer evening classes and private lessons in subjects such as One Pots Wonders, Sunday Roasts and Italian Cooking.
