About The Programme
This programme shows that complete freedom from stress, while fully engaged in activity, is a practical proposition. The objective is to equip participants with an understanding of the true causes of stress. Practical directions and techniques, which are natural, simple and easily applied will be provided and participants will be shown how to eliminate stress from all aspects of their daily lives.
