Savoury Crepe

Crepes are mostly eaten as a savory treat but in recent years have become more and more popular with a wide variety of fillings. Rather than eating them in a cafe, we show you the easy way to make them at home.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3 tbsp Melted butter
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Crack your eggs into a bowl and then add in your milk and whisk it all together.
Sift in the flour into the mixture and add some salt. Whisk all the ingredients together until there are no lumps left and you have the right consistency. Add in some melted butter to the mixture.
Put some butter into a pan over a low/medium heat and saute some mushrooms. Add your crepe mixture to the pan swirling the pan around to make sure you completely cover the bottom of the pan with the mixture.
Add some ham and cheese and cook the crepe for 1 minute and then flip over onto the other side allowing another 30 seconds for cooking.
Add the accompaniments of your choice (sliced tomato, lettuce, pickles etc) and place the mushrooms into the buns and serve immediately.
