Meatballs with Mint, Feta and Chili

This is a recipe that works just as well as a starter or even a canape if you make smaller versions of the meatballs. The flavors are not normally combined but they are balanced and work great together.
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Mince Beef
- 3 1/2 oz crumbled feta
- 1/2 red onion
- 12 mint leaves
- 1 red chili
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Season your mince in a bowl with some salt and pepper.
Break your feta into the bowl and add some finely chopped mint.
Chop and de-seed a chilli and dice the red onion up also, adding them all to the bowl.
Bind the ingredients with some olive oil and then mix them altogether.
Grab some of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
Heat a pan over a low-medium heat adding in some olive oil and then add in the meatballs.
Remove the meatballs from the pan when they are browned and place them on a baking tray putting them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C/360F
