This tense yet entertaining reality documentary series returns for a third season, as celebrated French chef Raymond Blanc, along with his business partners David Moore and Sarah Willingham, searches for the perfect pair to run their latest restaurant project. Nine couples have been selected to take part in the culinary competition, but only one will be chosen to manage the new establishment, which will be funded by the programme's three bosses themselves.

Tonight's second episode, entitled The Chain, sees the surviving seven couples put to the test once again as they face the challenge of running three franchise restaurants under the ever-watchful and critical eye of the accomplished chef. The pairs are divided into teams, trained and then put to the task of serving masses of customers, and although the menus look fairly straightforward to begin with, the project is not as simple as it may seem. Following the completion of the second round, another couple will be eliminated as only there are only six sets of restaurant keys to be handed out.
