Limited edition Martyn TurnerAC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has played down reports linking the club with a summer move for Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
Reports in the British press this morning claimed the imposing forward would join Arsenal's Mathieu Flamini at the San Siro next season, suggesting a deal had already been agreed.
But despite admitting an interest in Palermo striker Amauri, a target for Juventus, Ancelotti insisted no deal has been struck for either player.
"Amauri is definitely a player I rate but I think it's tricky for him to come to Milan. On Drogba, the club have absolutely not sealed a deal with this player," Ancelotti told a news conference, before discussing the injured Ronaldo.
"If he wants to recover we will do everything possible to help him get better but we must be sure of his recovery to offer him a new contract."
