Ravenhill showdown placed in doubt

Due to freak overnight weather conditions in the province it remains unclear if tonight's Magners Celtic League game between Ulster and Munster at Ravenhill will go ahead.

With the heavy snow and power shortages across the provinces in the last 24 hours, Ravenhill is currently several inches deep in snow.

The forecast is for further snow followed by rain and increased temperatures, which means Ulster Rugby officials are still hopeful the game will go ahead.

Another pitch inspection will take place at 1.00pm
