Muto wins after storming last round

Muto: Won his third title

Toshinori Muto claimed his third career title on the Japan Tour with a three-stroke victory at The Championship by Lexus.

The 31-year-old had started the day six shots behind overnight leaders Shigeki Maruyama and Kim Kyung-tae but carded the lowest score of the tournament with a seven-under-par 64.

Korean Kim took second place after a two-under 69 while Maruyama finished third with a one-under 71.

Toru Suzuki shot a six-under 65 to climb the leaderboard and take fourth while Australian Wayne Perske (71) claimed fifth place.
