Club championship roundup
A busy day in the AIB club championships saw twelve football ties down for decision.
In Ulster, St. Galls of Antrim scored a 0-10 to 0-8 win over Armagh champions Pearse Og, who had dethroned Crossmaglen in their own county en route to this stage. Elsewhere, there were wins for the Derry, Monaghan and Down champions.
In Leinster, Dublin champs Ballyboden St. Endas had two points to spare over Rathnew of Wicklow, Portlaoise saw off Meath's Seneschalstown while Clara of Offaly, and Garrycastle of Westmeath, are also through to the semi-finals.
Charlestown of Mayo and Corofin of Galway will meet in the Connacht final after their wins, while finally, in Munster, reigning champs Drom-Broadford of Limerick were dethroned by Kilmurry-Ibrickane of Clare and Kerins O'Rahillys beat Clonakilty of Cork by 1-11 to 0-10.
