The Fionn Trá Cottages are situated in the picturesque village of Ventry, just 10km west of Dingle Town and on the Dingle Peninsula. The cottages are in a scenic setting on the famous Slea Head drive and just a five-minute walk from Ventry’s Blue Flag beach, making them ideal for any visit to County Kerry. Fionn Trá comprises nine detached cottages, which are modern yet traditionally designed. Each has three, four or five bedrooms with a combination of double and twin beds. There is a well-equipped kitchen as well as an open dining area with patio doors leading out to a garden. Each cottage also has a spacious living room with TV, DVD player and open fire. During a stay at Fionn Trá, guests can enjoy a host of activities and attractions on offer in the area. There are many land and water-based sports, such as walking, mountain climbing, golf, horse riding, angling, surfing, kayaking, dolphin watching, diving and sailing. Being in the Gaeltacht (Gaelic speaking) region, Dingle is a great place to experience the Irish culture. Additionally, the peninsula is home to many archaeological sites, such as beehive huts, famine cottages and the Gallarus Oratory.
