Mon 02 Feb 2007Austria's handling of child pornography case criticisedAustria:The Garda was not the only police force caught out when Austrian police revealed last week that they had cracked a child pornography ring involving more than 2,300 computer users in 77 countries.Police in Germany, Denmark and Sweden have all complained publicly that, by going public last week, the Austrians have reduced their chances of successfully completing investigations.
