Goalkeeper Roy Carroll and Scunthorpe striker Martin Paterson were unable to travel to Belfast due to injury and illness respectively, while Nottingham Forest midfielder Sammy Clingan and West Brom winger Chris Brunt were not asked to report for duty due to club commitments.
Kyle Lafferty hopes to recover from a dead leg sustained in Burnley's defeat to Preston on Saturday to take his place alongside David Healy in attack.
