The Scottish side opened the scoring when awarded a penalty in the 18th minute.
The Irish pack were put under immense pressure in the first 15 minutes by the heavier Scottish pack, but that was soon neutralised by the first of three tries by Kenny in the 22 minute.
This was followed by a try in the 39th minute by Brendan O'Brien leaving the score at half-time 12-3.
The well organised Colleges side had their first try of the second half in the 12th minute, again scored by Kenny.
And an avalanche of tries followed, by Mick O'Shea, Ben Reilly, Jim Taggart and, finally, Kenny in the 32 minute.
The Irish Colleges have their final game in London against the England Students.
