Fri 05 May 2007Higgins faces strong challengeMOTORSPORT:Isle of Man-born Mark Higgins collected maximum Global Irish Tarmac Rally Championship points in Galway and the Easter Rally to lead the series by 11 points from Eamonn Boland.This weekend the reigning British champion, Higgins, will have to pull out all the stops to fend off the particularly strong Irish challenge in the Ordnance Survey International Rally of The Lakes, run out of Killarney over the classic stages of the South-West.
