Mount Merrion bungalow makes €1.315m

SALES RESULTS: A modest three-bedroom bungalow in south Dublin bucked the trend yesterday when it sold for 30 per cent over its pre-auction AMV through Savills HOK.

Devlis, on Roebuck Avenue, Mount Merrion sold under the hammer for €1.315 million, having been guided at €1 million.

Meanwhile in Foxrock, Glenstal, a substantial house on just over half an acre at Westminster Road failed to sell at auction through Lisney and is now available at €4.15 million.
