Waltrim Grove, on Killarney Road, is a well-presented scheme of 72 two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
The scheme of five blocks of apartments is built on the site of a large house, Ballywaltrim House, and access is via the main entrance to the Saran Wood development.
The scheme was first launched last year and now Lisney is handling the sale of 43 finished units.
Two-bedroom apartments are from €350,000 and duplex units cost from €455,000. Prices are down 20 per cent on last year.
Fit-out at Waltrim Grove includes a choice of walnut or high-gloss kitchens, porcelain tiles to all kitchen floors and kitchen appliances.
Heating is zone-controlled gas-fired central heating. The majority of the homes on sale are own-door units and have their own private garden or large terraces.
The scheme is being developed by Astondale Homes which was responsible for homes at Butterfield in Rathfarnham and Parkgate Place in Dublin 8.
